Delivery Policy
We continue to ship orders daily, while adhering to all the guidelines. Please allow a
few extra days for delivery. Some orders will ship much quicker - i.e next day but we
will contact you if we are unable to fulfill any lines on your order and we can offer you
comparative replacements or a refund.
Where possible, orders received by 1pm Monday to Friday will be delivered the next
working day. Orders placed after 1pm will leave us the next working day. Orders
placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
Note:
Please ensure you provide the correct address at the time of order as this cannot be rectified once the items have been dispatched. Please note also that our delivery services all require signature upon receipt, and you will need to be present at the time of delivery for this.
As the time of delivery of the item is beyond our control, we cannot guarantee any exact delivery time nor can we confirm it in advance. Please note that any delivery partner will usually leave a calling card if nobody is present at time of delivery. Any delivery will additionally make 2-3 attempts to deliver, after which time the package will be returned to us.
Lost/Missing Deliveries
In the highly unlikely event that your package goes missing or lost after a period of time and cannot be confirmed as having been signed-for by any delivery partner at that time, we will arrange to either resend the goods or refund your payment. Please note that if the original delivery subsequently is made, it must be returned to us or you will be charged twice.
Return Policy
For products bought in a shop your can exchange the goods within 14 days. If you
bought the goods online you have 14 days to returns and get a full refund provided the
goods are returned in the original condition.
Terms & Conditions
-Goods must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
-Goods must be accompanied by original receipt/invoice.
-Goods must be in their original manufacturers packaging.
-Goods must not be used in any way.
-Postage costs of returns/exchanges are not covered.
-It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the goods are returned safely to us.
-Exchanges will be charged as postage.
-Please note in circumstances where you would like to return a bike after 14 days (which is not special order), our policy is to charge a restocking fee of 15%
-We will refund to your credit card the full amount less the original cost of postage (to us).
-Refunds will be credited to credit/debit card or cheque will be posted.
-For refunds we will require your credit card no and expiry date.
